It all started when…

Jennifer Sudan is a life long resident of the Lakes Area.  She grew up in West Bloomfield and Commerce Township and proudly attended the Walled Lake Schools from kindergarten until 12th grade and working at her family restaurant, Jennifer's Cafe.  As a millennial finishing college at Central Michigan University in 2006, Jennifer decided to stay in Michigan.  She began her career working on the first campaign for Oakland County Treasurer Andy Meisner, helping secure that victory in 2008.  She went on to work at the ACLU of Michigan and since 2013, works at the law firm of Goodman Acker, P.C. doing campaign finance compliance work, and assisting in election law with Mark Brewer.

Education:

-  B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Central Michigan University 

-  Michigan Political Leadership Program fellowship through Michigan State University
